We offer a variety of specialist services from historic building consultancy to specialist stone surveys, stonework façade condition reports and more.

CONSULTANCY & SURVEYING
We advise and work with a wide range of clients on issues affecting the fabric of their buildings or structures.
We collaborate and liaise with Heritage Bodies, Councils, Architects and Engineers.
We can help determine the most suitable methods and approaches to works including Restoration, Conservation, Cleaning, Additions or Alterations. We can guide clients through the procedures and legislation that are involved with Heritage works, such as Listed Building Consent submissions.
We undertake Specialist Surveys and produce full Reports which can include Photographic Presentations illustrating the exact nature of the proposed works.
